We prioritizes product quality and customer safety. Our stringent testing standards ensure that the products you receive are of the highest quality. In the rare instance that you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact our support team for assistance. Each refund request is reviewed individually by our management team to determine the best resolution. If a refund is deemed necessary, we reserve the right to offer store credit instead of a cash refund. The type of refund will be determined based on your payment method and order amount. We aim to work with each customer to find a satisfactory solution. We also reserves the right to charge a processing fee for refunds.
All customer concerns and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of order delivery. We cannot provide refunds for orders after this period.
If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 days so we can investigate promptly. Each complaint will be reviewed, and a credit or replacement product will be provided if appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent for defective items. We reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.
Credits issued will expire after ninety (90) days and will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used once; if the credit is not used in full, the remaining balance becomes void, and a new coupon code will not be issued.
In the event a customer is unhappy with an order, we may offer the option to return it. For defective products or incorrect orders, we will cover the return shipping costs. If a customer is unsatisfied for other reasons, they will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds require management approval. If multiple items of the same type are purchased, we can only refund unopened items. If an item is unsatisfactory, do not open additional items; contact customer service immediately. Defective products are determined by our management team, and finding seeds in cannabis products is considered normal and not a defect unless otherwise determined by our team.
If an item is out of stock or missing from your order before shipment, we will attempt to contact you for up to 3 hours to make changes. If we fail to reach you, we will select a replacement product that closely matches your choice. No refund or credit will be provided for replacement items we select if contact is not made.
Our support or management team may request additional evidence, such as photos or videos, to investigate your claim. If the requested information is not provided or refused, we reserve the right to deny a refund, store credit, or return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
